Might as well start fresh, yeah?
Inspired by Kate, I’m going to do a 30 day blog challenge. Mostly to entertain myself, but also– why the heck not? And I just like the idea. Plus I’d like to get into the habit of posting more often with more thoughtful things, because I suspect not everyone wants to read about my dog’s vomit. Oops.

Day 1: Write some basic things about yourself.
Hi. I’m Katrina. I’m 25; my 26th birthday is in exactly one month. I’m officially pushing 30 and that’s weird.
I was born in Wisconsin, lived there for seven years, and them moved to north/central-ish Minnesota. I still don’t like winter in the Midwest.
I live in St. Paul, MN, in a 600-something square foot apartment with my husband and a herd of pets.
My favorite color is green.
I wear glasses.
Day 1, part 2: A photo of yourself and a description of how your day was
Below is a picture of me, courtesy of Facebook. Can’t describe my whole day because I’ve only been awake for 4-ish hours, but here’s a recap if you’re interested:
6:00 am: wake up, consider going back to sleep for an hour but don’t.
Put on some clothes, brush teeth, wash face.
6:25 am: take the dog out for a walk. I like walking her early in the morning when it’s still dark because there’s less going on to distrsct her.
6:35 am: Finish walk, eat some fruit, pack some lunchy stuff.
6:55 am: get on the bus.
7:05 am: get on second bus.
7:35 am: exit bus, walk to office, pick up gym bag, go work out.
8:35 am: finish workout, shower, put on makeup and such.
9:00 am: Work!
